Your privacy is very important to us. This Privacy Notice describes how Yrefy, LLC (“Yrefy” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information. It also describes certain choices you may have with regards to your personal information under applicable law.

1. Information We Collect
We collect different types of information about you depending on how you interact with us and our services.
1.1. Information we collect directly from you. We collect personal information you provide to us directly, such as when you open an account, pay your bills, participate in a survey, or contact us with questions or comments. This may include:
Contact Information: When setting up a Yrefy account to access or subscribe to the services, you may be required to register. You will be asked to provide certain information, including contact information (such as name, address, email, or telephone number), and professional information (such as job title, department, or job role).
Government-Issued Identification: We collect information such as your driver’s license number, social security number, or other government-issued identifiers.
Financial Information: If you are making payments for escrow or monthly loan payments, through any of services of ours or associated with us, we may require you to provide bank account, debit card, or other financial information to process a payment from you.
Transaction Information: We will maintain a record of your transactions, your information, your services history, and usage.
Communications: If you communicate with us, such via email, phone, or SMS text message, we collect and retain your communications with us and our responses.
Audio: If you speak with team members by phone, we may collect a recording for quality assurance and training purposes.
Surveys: You may elect to provide information in connection with surveys in which you participate.
1.2. Information we collect automatically. We use a variety of technologies, such as cookies, web beacons, clear GIFs, server logs, and other similar tracking technologies to collect certain information related to the ways you interact with our services. This may include:
Device Information: We collect certain information about the device you use to access the services for our Loan Program, including but not limited to IP addresses for your devices, unique device identifiers, browser types, and browser language.
User History: We log certain usage information about your use of the services for our Loan Program, which can include a history of the pages you view. If you download and use any Yrefy software or application on your device, the log files will automatically be collected by the application and sent to our servers when your device syncs up for the latest content available.
Mobile/Location Information: We may collect additional information from you if you access the services for information on our Loan Program through a mobile device. We may collect your unique device identifier, your device’s operating system, mobile carrier, and/or your location, if you have opted-in for us to do so.
1.3. Information we collect from third-party sources. From time-to-time, we may obtain personal information about you from third-party sources, such as credit bureaus, public databases, social networking services, third-party data providers and our joint marketing partners. Examples of the information we may receive from third-party sources include job title, company, location, updated contact information, and other demographic and professional information.

We may use the personal information we collect to:
Provide the products and services you request, process transactions, and send you related information, including confirmations and receipts.
Provide support and improve the services and to manage system administration and security.
Respond to your comments, inquiries, requests, and provide customer service.
Link or combine information that we collect directly with information from third-party sources or multiple devices to help understand your needs, provide you with personalized content, and provide you with better service.
Perform statistical and marketing analyses of user behavior.
Manage your account(s) and send you technical and service updates, security alerts, and other administrative messages.
Send you push notifications via our apps or text (SMS) alerts, where permitted.
Conduct surveys.
Detect and prevent security incidents.
Debug, find, and fix errors that impair our website and services.
For business purposes, including to operate and improve our business and business activities; to manage our relationships; to detect and prevent malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity; and for any other business purpose permitted by law.
For legal and safety purposes, including to enforce our policies and agreements; to establish or exercise our rights; to defend against legal claims; to respond to court orders, lawsuits, subpoenas, and government requests; to address legal and regulatory compliance; and as otherwise permitted or required by applicable law.

3. How We Share Information
3.1. All financial companies need to share customers’ personal information to run their everyday business. Below is a list of the ways we share personal information (subject to applicable law) and whether you can limit such sharing.

If you are a new customer, under U.S. federal law, we can begin sharing your personal information with our affiliates for their own (if any) direct marketing purposes thirty (30) days from the date we sent this Privacy Notice. When you are no longer our customer, we may continue to share your personal information with our affiliates for such purposes.
Important Information for California Residents: If you are a resident of California, we will not share your nonpublic personal financial information with companies outside of our corporate family except as permitted by law. For example, we may share information with your consent, to service your accounts or under joint marketing agreements with other financial institutions with which we have joint marketing agreements.
Important Information for ND Residents: If you are a resident of North Dakota, we will not share your nonpublic personal financial information with anyone except as permitted by law. For example, we may share information with your consent, to maintain or service your account, to effect, administer, or enforce a transaction requested or authorized by you, to protect against or prevent fraud, or with consumer reporting agencies. However, we will not share your nonpublic personal financial information with our affiliates or under joint marketing agreements except with your consent or as permitted by law. If you do not specify, your consent will be valid until you revoke it by emailing the aforementioned e-mail address.
Important Information for VT Residents: If you are a resident of Vermont, we will not disclose information about your creditworthiness to our affiliates and will not disclose your personal information, financial information, or credit report to nonaffiliated third parties to market to you, other than as permitted by Vermont law, unless you authorize us to make those disclosures. To provide your consent, email your request to customerservice@yrefy.com. (investors – compliancecommunications@yrefy.com) You may specify in your email the duration of your consent. If you do not specify, your consent will be valid until you revoke it by emailing the aforementioned e-mail address.
3.2. In addition to the specific situations discussed above, we may disclose personal information in the following situations where permitted by applicable law:
Affiliates: We may share information with our affiliates (e.g., companies related by common ownership or control).
Administrator Uses: If your use of our services is managed for you by an account administrator, then your account administrator and resellers who provide user support to you may have access to your personal information (including your email and other data). Please refer to your account administrator’s privacy policy for more information.
Partner Products & Services Offered on the Yrefy Services: If you provide personal information to access products or services offered by third parties, such as our partners or advertisers that are offered or promoted on or through the services, you may be providing your information to both Yrefy and the third party prior to or after applying for the loan. Your personal information will be subject to this Privacy Notice as well as the privacy policies and practices of the other third parties.
Sharing Information with Third Parties: For our customers with mailing addresses in the U.S., Yrefy selectively makes its postal mailing address list, email list, and other application data available to third parties, including third-party lenders so that they may provide you with information about product or service offerings, events or promotions which may be of interest to you. For example, if your loan application with us is denied, we may provide your contact information to another potential lender. You may opt-out of having such information shared for this purpose.
Compliance with Law: We may disclose information to cooperate with law enforcement, participate in a legal process, or to comply with law. We may also disclose information to establish or exercise our rights, to defend against legal claims, to investigate, prevent, or act on possible illegal activities, threats to safety of person or property, or a violation of our policies.
Service Providers: We may share your information with our service providers who help us provide and support the services and other business functions. For example, we use service providers to assist with the following: analyzing data, hosting data, engaging technical support, processing payments, delivering content, mailing statements to borrowers, email distribution, and providing customer service.
Professional Services: We may share information with our professional service providers, such as auditors or lawyers.
Organizational Changes: Should we undergo a sale, merger, consolidation, change in control, transfer of substantial assets, reorganization, or liquidation, we may disclose your information to the buyer or other successor, including at the negotiation stage. We may also disclose in connection with a commercial transaction where we are seeking financing, investment, support, or funding.
With Your Consent or at Your Direction: As directed by you or with your consent we may share your information with a third-party.

Subject to applicable law, you may make the following choices regarding your personal information:
Limit Sharing of Your Personal Information: As noted in Section 3 (How We Share Information) above, in certain circumstances, you may limit the sharing of your personal information with nonaffiliated third parties. If you limit sharing for an account you hold jointly with someone else, your choices will apply to everyone on your account. U.S. state laws may give you additional rights to limit sharing. To request that we limit sharing where permitted, please contact us using the contact details provided in Section 7 (Contact Information) below.
Email Communications:
Opt-out Links: Any recipient of email notices may opt out of receiving them at any time. To opt out of receiving emails, follow the unsubscribe instructions located near the bottom of each service update, newsletter, or promotional email, or email your request to customerservice@yrefy.com. Email Newsletters: You can view, change, or update any or all your email newsletter subscriptions by going through the email preferences link in the footer of the email newsletter or contacting us at customerservice@yrefy.com. (investors – compliancecommunications@yrefy.com)
Marketing Emails: You can view, change, or update any or all of your email newsletter subscriptions by going through the email preferences link in the footer of the email newsletter or contacting us at customerservice@yrefy.com. (investors – compliancecommunications@yrefy.com)
Transactional Emails: If you are a borrower and do not wish to receive email statements, annual notices, and other communications regarding your account by email, you can email your request to customerservice@yrefy.com. (investors– compliancecommunications@yrefy.com) Please note that even if you opt out of receiving communications by email, we may continue to send you borrower communications by direct mail.
Surveys Sent by Email: You may elect not to receive surveys conducted by Yrefy that are sent by email by using the opt-out link contained in such emails.
Postal Communications: If you want to opt out of receiving marketing communications via postal mail from Yrefy in the future, please send an email to customerservice@yrefy.com. (investors – compliancecommunications@yrefy.com)Please note that even if you opt out of receiving marketing communications by postal mail, we may continue to send you transactional communications about your account by postal mail.
Push Notifications: If you use an Yrefy mobile app, we may ask if you want to receive push notifications so that we can send you updates, communications, and other messages about the services. To opt out of getting these push notifications or other messages, you must turn off the push notification function in your device settings.
Sharing with Third-Party Partners: As noted above, Yrefy selectively makes its postal mailing address list and email list of customers available to third parties whose products or service offerings may be of interest to you. If you do not wish for Yrefy to provide either your postal mailing or email information (or both) to third parties for this purpose, please send us a notice using the contact details provided in Section 7 (Contact Information) below. You can also specify that you do not want your email information shared with third-party marketing partners by contacting us at customerservice@yrefy.com. Cookie Settings: Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers transferred from your personal device’s hard drive through web browsers for tracking purposes. Cookies can allow for faster log-in services, support the security and performance of our services, make it easier for you to use our services, or allow us to track data usage and activities with our Services. If you wish to prevent cookies from tracking your activity by Yrefy sites or visits across multiple websites, you may set your browser to block certain cookies or notify you when a cookie is set. You may also delete cookies.
“Do Not Track” Signals: Yrefy does not respond to browser “do not track” signals or other similar mechanisms.
Google Opt-Outs: Google is one of the companies that we use to serve advertising and perform analytics on some of our services. You can opt out of receiving interest-based Google ads, or customize the ads Google shows you, by clicking here.
Artificial Intelligence: We or our third-party service providers may use artificial intelligence in connection with our products and services to facilitate and service our business, as well as to enhance customer experiences. The type of artificial intelligence we may use varies based on your relationship with us and by product and service.
Credit Bureaus Opt-Outs: Some credit bureaus allow Yrefy to offer “pre-screened” offer of credit based on the information in your credit report indicating that you meet certain criteria. If you do not want to receive prescreened offers of credit contact:

Shine The Light Law (CA Residents only): California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of the services who are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. FL Residents only: You may opt out of the collection of personal data collected through the operation of a voice recognition or facial recognition feature. 5. How We Protect Information
We maintain commercially reasonable procedures designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information. If we are required to inform you about a security incident, we will do so electronically, in writing, or by phone, as the law permits.
Yrefy may collect Social Security Numbers in the course of business. We use commercially reasonable procedures to protect the confidentiality and security of Social Security Numbers in our possession and control. These procedures include limiting access to Social Security numbers and maintaining reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect against the loss, misuse, or unlawful disclosure of Social Security numbers. We do not share Social Security numbers for marketing purposes.
Our services are not designed for children. We do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under the age of thirteen (13).
Please note, you are responsible for selecting a unique and complex password and keeping your account information or access credentials confidential. You are responsible for any access to or use of your account by someone who has obtained your password, whether or not you approved of such access or use. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account.

We may update our Privacy Notice from time to time to reflect changes to our practices, technology, legal requirements and other factors. If changes are material, the Privacy Notice that was in place when you submitted personal information to us will generally govern that information unless you consent to the new Privacy Notice.
